I have a PS3 only and I won't be buying anything else...
yet, I still don't get why people gave this guy 14 disagrees because he spoke the truth...
real gamers don't care about console sales and marketing strategy...
KZ2 and MGS4 would take 5 DVD9's on the 360...and even after that, your 360 would probably RROD because of the system itself....
Blu-ray is essential for HD gaming period...I don't get why MS didn't just use HD DVD for their gaming format instead of DVD9....this is serious proof of them being cheap, period..
not if you use a stick like you're supposed to in a fighting game...
but the compression hurts the game overall and results in crappy load times among other things...
I think that the 360 should have added the HD DVD drive if not to just compete with Blu-ray movies at the time of launch....but to give themselves more to work with in the area of HD gaming...
...it does make a difference, just not in this case...
you are correct about Blu-ray...it's all about the bandwidth in regards to the smoothness of the play and all..
I just don't think it's going to matter for this game in particular...

people get the 360 to play Halo, Gears and some of the other games...
Halo is a household name now and it's no shock that it sold that many...
I own a PS3 only and only because I can only afford one system and I like Blu-ray movies....it's personal preference..
I haven't played the MGS series until I played 4 and was blown away...
people who get the 360 get it because of Halo and get a bonus with Gears of War....not to mention the other grea...

I hope the game comes out this year, but if it means I get an inferior product in any way and have to purchase DLC for something that would be vital to the game, then I'd be kinda pissed....but happy at the same time because this is a series of epic games...
I just hate when they push a game out early and then put out DLC a month later...unless it's a bonus feature that I won't even play or something to that effect...
I just want to play the game itself at full speed...
exactly....not to mention PSN games that are worth mentioning like Fat Princess...
and I'm still laughing at him adding DLC as if we can't say LBP DLC won't blow all of that away anyways...

I can put Forza 2 or GT5 in my top 10 overall games for 09, but that doesn't mean I would buy either of them as I don't prefer racing games too much other than Burnout Paradise which is simply just pure fun....
just like some people don't like RPG's and that's why White Knight Chronicles wasn't on the list, yet God of War III was mentioned and I'm pretty sure that game won't be out until Ma...
the idea was to list quality exclusives and not every exclusive under the sun...
and yeah, Forza 2 was the 5th game I forgot on my list...that appears to be better than what GT5 will offer...

I like in the United States and know that we are probably the slimiest country of them all..
the same could have been said about Sony before the PSX...and if anything, MS has let down the gaming world with what it did with the XBOX as far as it's gaming library went, but the 360 definitely has stepped up with MS buying it's way to a stronger lineup of games..
next, they need to create a stronger lineup of 1st party exclusives to further separate their brand from the rest...

I think Mass Effect 2, Alan Wake, Ninja Blade, Star Ocean 4 and one other game that escapes me are the only worthy games of a purchase this year for the 360....but only 3 of them would crack the list that the ...
